In-Person

Our 4 day in person class is an immersive hands on learning experience tailor to each student to set you up for success! We are so happy to be able to bring you all forms of brow tattoo so that you can provide service for ANY candidate regardless of skin condition/type or desired results.

In this class, students learn machines, needle and color theory, skin types and all formats of basic brow tattoo: microblading, powderfll, and combination brows. Get to understand the skin and its healing process so that aftercare and healed results are predictable! You will experiment with multiple machines, needles, and pigments in this class. You will practice depth, stretch, and various techniques so that you are truly skilled upon graduation.

Students are responsible for attendance each day and should have two (2) models prepared for this class. You will tattoo two sets of brows. Students may take as many models following the class as they wish. 

Once the certificate is earned, MBI happily walks students through the state licensure process and supports your efforts to become a viable and profitable business through marketing and sales support.

Hybrid

The100 hour class is run through the hybrid model. 

Students will receive kits with enough to provide months of services at their own studio. In this class we will cover all permanent makeup basics and specific theory in brows, liner, and lips. "100 Hour" is typically the magic word for insurers who prefer that an artist have one hundred hours of instruction in certificates before selling them coverage.

Students are granted 90 days access to the course online and can begin learning all things permanent makeup and theory around their own schedule. Submit your practice sheets and skins for approval and then begin scheduling your models around your own schedule. Though this course is to completed in 90 days, you may continue to take models for as long as you'd like at MBI as part of our lifetime support!

100 hour student shave the option to kick start their journey with optional attendance in the monthly 4day brow class.

In 2024, we’re offering apprenticeships! We only accept a handful of apprentices annually, making for very competitive spots. In past years, these have been awarded first come, first serve.  In 2024, proficiency of skill will be considered, also. This option can be added during enrollment of courses or dedicated for those already holding a license.

For those adding on to fundamentals courses: When it’s time for your supervised hands on experience with models, you'll actually spend a full day weekly at the studio! Hang out & watch procedures on Tuesdays with everyone as an apprentice and take your models that day as well. This affords you the opportunity to learn HOW the business runs, watch as many procedures as possible, and the chance for 4 hands-on models.
